This cosy 70m2 flat is located in the Amara neighbourhood, about 25 minutes walk from the centre of San Sebastian or 15 minutes by public transport. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but full of shops and restaurants :) Real Arena stadium is 500 m away and Playa de La Concha about 2 km away, and offers magnificent views. For 4 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space The house is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A living-dining area with sofa, television and dining table * The kitchen open to the living room but semi-separated from it by a glass and wood wall The sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with a 135x190 double bed * 1 bedroom with a trundle bed made up of two 90x190 single beds * A bathroom with shower ***The rooms overlook an inner courtyard It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. The house is located in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. At 500 m you will have the Real Arena football stadium, renovated in 2019. The city center is about 2 km away and you can get there comfortably by bus (10 min): you have a stop 100 meters from the house, on Avenida de Madrid! In addition, we advise you to go see the beautiful Playa de La Concha (2km from the house), considered the best urban beach in Europe. It is located in the urban center of San Sebastián and represents the hallmark of the city and one of its most beautiful and symbolic places. Very convenient public park place (Arcco) at 200m. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property does not have air conditioning but you will have at your disposal 2 portable fans. The property has central heating by radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by the building installation. You can park on the street or at a park place (Arcco) at 100m (both chargeable) Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
