Our home is situated across Alligator Creek within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centres on Tamiami Trail. The location is perfect to enjoy other amenities such as bike riding to Manasota Beach or doing yoga on Venice's famous beachfront every morning. The space The fully renovated property is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, which is fenced around for privacy. Security camera located at front of the house for security and maintenance purposes. The house has a spacious interior with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, including three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The total square footage of the building: 1,650 sq. ft., heated 1,375 sq. ft. Separate utility room with washer and dryer, BBQ on private back yard are included with no extra cost for personal use. The house also has exterior light with motion detectors and timers if you are coming in late at night.
