Weeki Wachee cottage that sleeps 4. Bedroom has a king and the couch pulls out and sleeps 2(kids). Plenty of space outside to park your boat, trailer, or toys. There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup available for extra. No dump station. Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, laundry. 1 dog w/fee. Hammock outside. WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. Rogers Park - 6 mins /Jenkins, & Linda P are 7 mins. Bayport Park 10 min. The space Recently updated Weeki Wachee cottage that sleeps 4. The bedroom has a king size bed and the pull out couch sleeps an additional 2 small bodies. The cottage is 640 SF so a couple, or a couple with small kids works best. More than 2 adults is crammed and you might not be comfortable, but if you’re not picky and just want a close place to the activities in the area to crash out then this would work in that type of situation. The sofa bed that pulls out sleeps 2 small bodies. 2 adults in the sofa bed will NOT work. Plenty of space outside to park your boat, camper, and toys. There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup for an additional fee. NO dump station. Outside has a 10x10 netted gazebo on the deck and a propane grill. There’s a fire pit, , a game area, and a hammock area. The game area has both a horseshoe pit and cornhole game. Ready for kayaking, no worries! We currently have 2 kayaks in the shed and a couple of bikes as well. After a day of catching fish use the fish cleaning station to cut up your catch. Sorry, no fish processing knives available. There is no cable but we have a smart TV and plenty of board games for a rainy day. 1 dog under 50 lbs allowed with a pet fee. There is laundry in the cottage. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, no noise disturbances after 9pm outdoors. -Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is 3 minutes away where you can experience the Mermaid show and Buccaneer Bay. Rogers Park, Jenkins Creek, & Linda Peterson are all 7 minutes away to launch kayaks and boats and Bayport is around a 10-minute drive and you’ll be right at the Gulf. Pine Island has a beach area and is also a 10-minute drive. -There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area on both Highway 19 and 50. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property. Other things to note There are 4 outdoor security cameras. One is viewing the driveway, one is viewing the shed, one is viewing the A/C condenser, and one is viewing the rear of the property.
