Cozy, light and beautiful room perfect for a couple or for one person equipped with a coffee machine, boiler and mini-fridge. Please note, there is no access to the kitchen or balcony. The area is extremely well connected to the center both by direct bus 17 which stops right beneath the house and by tram T2 line in 8-9-minute walking distance. Both the bus and the tram take you to the very heart of Florence in 10 minutes. The space Smart-room has essentials to make your stay cozy and nice. There is no access to the kitchen, but in the room you have a mini-fridge, boiler for tea and a coffee machine with capsules. The apartment is shared and very spacious. There is one more bedroom and the living room used by the owners. The bathroom is to share with other owners (a couple). There is a laundry place in 2 min walking distance from the building, where the guests can do the washing and drying with coins.
