It is located in a pedestrian street in the hyper-centre of Saint-Raphaël on the 1st floor without lift of a town house. Enjoy an elegant and central accommodation. The space The flat has a fully equipped and functional kitchen: - Induction hob - Microwave/grill - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Fridge with cooling compartment A Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and a toaster complete the equipment. The kitchen opens onto the living room where you will find : - a 3-seat sofa - a TV - Wifi - a dining table and two chairs - a reversible air conditioning. The modern bathroom is composed of a shower corner, a bathroom sink and a toilet. A mezzanine room with a 140x190 bed. The accommodation is central, ideally located: - 50 metres from the port of Saint-raphael - 500 metres from the beaches: the Veillat beach (Saint-Raphael) and the Sablettes beach (Fréjus) - 250 metres from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure train and bus station - close to all amenities (200 metres from Monoprix, Intermarché at 350 metres, bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, night market...) Household linen is provided (bed linen including 2 pillowcases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 bath towels, 1 floor mat and 1 tea towel). Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, except for the kitchen area, which must be left clean and tidy, and the rubbish bins, which must be taken out on departure. Two other units, each accommodating up to two guests, are also available for rent in the same building (units 2 and 4). Guest access - By car: Free Ortolan car park (50 meters from the studio): limited to 2 hours from Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm (with blue disc). Accessible without limitation on weekends and evenings from 7pm to 9am. Coullet car park : 200 meters from the studio ( for more information see website) Bonaparte car park: 350 meters from the studio (for more information see website) - by train or by bus: Saint-Raphaël Valescure bus station and SNCF train station 250 meters away, and very easy to access. - by plane: From Nice airport: a shuttle bus will take you to the bus station of Saint-Raphaël. The keys will be handed personally or by means of a key box. Other things to note Saint Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, Italy accessible by train/bus or car. You can also go by boat to the most beautiful destinations on the coast (Saint Tropez, calanques de l'Estérel, Porquerolles, Iles de Lérins). The jetty is only 50 meters from the studio.
