Located 30 minutes from Dallas: $215/week

My wife and I live on the first floor and rent our upstairs bedrooms. The pics are of various rooms and this ad pertains to the pic with the single bed. Room is very small, but includes nice closet, 2-door refrigerator, wall-hung flatscreen, AC. Stay here a few weeks while looking for an affordable apartment. We are in Corsicana, about 40 miles from southern Dallas and really only 20 minutes at 80 mph. Ad states 7-day minimum; shorter stays available. We accept 2 persons in the larger rooms.
