Come and discover our completely renovated gîte. It is located in the municipality of BODILIS, close to Landivisiau and its shops, not far from Cleder beach, the port of Roscoff, the bays of Morlaix and Carantec, Landerneau and its exhibitions, Brest! The gîte consists of: - Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, living room overlooking south-facing terrace, garage. - Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom with toilet. We look forward to hosting you 🙂 The space We expect our guests to be kind and respectful of the neighborhood and the property 😌 we have taken time to renovate our house and we want this cocoon to remain as pleasant as possible. A few details 💡: - Check-in to the accommodation can be done independently 💫 - During the summer period, bookings are made exclusively from Saturday to Saturday📅. - For ecological awareness 🍃 and economic reasons, and to avoid all the abuses we have experienced in the past years (connection of electric vehicles among others), electricity will be the responsibility of the guests ⚡️, with a meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay ☀️ (Full hours billed €0.21/kwh Off-peak hours charged €0.17/kwh) - our animal friends are of course accepted. 🐶🐱 - a small set of house rules will be available in the accommodation 🏠 Other things to note Some small details💡: some details: - Arrival at the listing can be done independently 💫 - Over the summer period, bookings are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday📅.
