The chef's kitchen includes a gas range, cooking utensils, knives, platters, pots and pans, silverware, dish ware, wine glasses, martini glasses, shaker tins, a toaster and a drip coffee maker. Coffee filters are provided, bring your own coffee ground. In addition, salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and Dawn dish soap are provided. Full laundry area on first floor complete with top loading washer and front loading drying. We provide an iron, ironing board, "free and clear" detergent, dryer sheets, a utility sink and beverage refrigerator in the laundry room for your convenience. We provide a fire extinguisher (under kitchen sink) and a first aid kit for your safety and board games, puzzles, books and playing cards for your enjoyment. First Floor Primary Bedroom : 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and full walk-in closet. TV provided with ROKU stick to allow you to log in to your favorite streaming apps. Full private bathroom with standup shower. Access to first floor deck, sitting area and outdoor shower. Third Floor Primary Bedroom : 1 King bed, 1 chaise lounger for comfort, full walk-in closet. Full private bathroom with large soaking tub, double sinks and a standup shower. Access to private balcony overlooking the State Park. TV has smart capabilities for streaming your favorite apps and accounts. The welcome binder has detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, parking, shopping, upcoming events, community details and personal recommendations. Bed linens, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths and toilet paper are included. Guest access The entire home, excluding the hot water closet beneath the steps and garage, will be available to you. A code specific to each individual booking will be given for access to the front door. The guest booking the home must be staying in the home during the reservation. The guest booking the home is the person responsible for ensuring everyone is following all house rules and ensuring the home is taken care of during their stay. Other things to note Trash and recycling bins are located in the community, a short walk from the home. Please utilize these receptacles throughout the week, as needed. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the home. If you do smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, as to avoid littering the property. There are NO PETS allowed on the property. If a pet is observed throughout your stay, you will be asked to leave with zero refund.
