The space Upstairs is "studio-style" with a bedroom area that includes queen sized bed, dresser, bench and closet. Other half of upstairs has a sofa bed, but doubles as a living room and office area. Downstairs has a full kitchen and bathroom, and a small breakfast table. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire carriage house except a small storage area on lower level, which has a separate set of exterior doors.
