Quiet and peaceful but only 20-30 minutes to the island of Pag or Zadar city where you have access to shopping, restaurants, bars and city pulse. 100 meters away is the nearest grocery store and only 25 minutes to the airport in Zemunik. The villa is 100 sqm with high ceilings of 3.5 meters that give an airy and luxurious feeling. Sliding doors with mosquito nets and blinds in all rooms overlooking the sea. The whole house has air conditioning and air heating. The bedrooms are airy with comfortable quality beds that you sleep comfortably in. Large built-in wardrobes and storage spaces in all rooms. Exclusive toilets/bathrooms that reflect the feeling of quality. The kitchen and living room are in an open plan that radiates a cozy, fresh and positive energy. There are no buildings in front of the house, which results in fantastic ocean views and adorable sunsets. Villa Rocky Beach is located a few steps from a lovely natural beach where you can usually be undisturbed, the accommodation also offers a magical salt outdoor pool with turquoise water, a garden with olive trees, palm trees and beautiful flowers, a comfortable outdoor lounge, elegant outdoor furniture, sun beds, sun chairs and a beautiful Fatboy hammock to chill in. A large gas grill is available for lovely barbecue evenings as well as a pizza oven. Access to free Wi-Fi and private parking. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room, bed linens, towels, two TVs, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large terrace with ocean views. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, gas grill, iron, internet (Wifi), hairdryer, air heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private pool, TV, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, hot air oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, plates/cutlery, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, blender and toaster. Everything in the house is top modern and fresh. If there is a need or desire to have a private Chef or Host who takes care of you and everything around you during your stay, it is possible to arrange. Price according to agreement. There is also a Rib boat 50hp for 5 people, jet ski and electric scooter available at an additional cost. We also help to provide organic locally produced raw materials, vegetables, fruits, olive oil, eggs, meat, fish, wine, Rakija etc. At an extra cost if you wish.
