Newly remodeled peaceful and centrally-located private guest suite located in the heart of Peoria. The property is located near a highway that runs through the city and not far from commuting to Caterpillar, OSF, Carle Foundation Hospital, and Bradley Uni. The unit comes with a single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area which includes some bedding sheets and kitchen utensils and pots for cooking. Due to its location, you should expect some early traffic noise. The space This property is a single building with three separate private units. All three units have private entrances, a living room, a kitchen and bathroom, and a bedroom/studio. Attached is a shared driveway which can be used based on a first come first serve order and free curb parking in front of the property. It has a shared laundry area in the basement. There is one central HVAC system that regulates AC during summer and Heat during the winter seasons. All utilities are covered by the host. Guest access A guest has private entrance access and access to the basement for laundry use. Other things to note This property is not a brand new house and has been recently remodeled in the past two years. Guest should expect some wear and tear either outside or inside the property. We take every precaution and appropriate steps to rebuild and maintain the property but might need to come in to fix or repair minor issues that come up. The guest should contact the host and allow 24-48 hours to attempt to remedy any maintenance issues needed. If a guest is not satisfied with the unit or suite they move into and would like to move out, they have 48 hours to move out to receive a full refund minus the cleaning fee. There is zero tolerance for a refund request after 48 hours of stay. Guests are welcome to bring their personal belongings such as comforters and special cooking utensils as these units are mainly for long-term stay guests.
