We are so delighted to welcome you as our guest in our 2bedroom unit in Spring residences - Bicutan. Our unit is fully furnished, kindly refer to the amenities section to see the details. We are walking distance (about 2-3mins walk) from SM Bicutan mall and about 20-30mins drive to NAIA terminal 3, and 35mins to NAIA 1 via skyway. Please read the next sections carefully before booking the unit. If you have any requests, please let us know and we will try to accommodate it if possible. The space The building is a residential unit by SMDC and is a secured unit hence, guests are required to provide a screenshot of their valid ID upon booking confirmation and upon their check-in date. ========================================================== ***Guests: We only accommodate maximum of 4 guests. ========================================================== ***Bedrooms: The unit have two bedrooms, bedroom 1 with Master bed, bedroom 2 with Double bed. ========================================================== ***Amenities For list of amenities, click Show all amenities ========================================================= ***Swimming Pool The property admin requires the guest to pay a fee when using their pool. This is their policy. 150 pesos per person / per day - Regular day 300 pesos per person / per day - Holiday Guest access ***Swimming pool The swimming pool is shared by all the tenants/guests in the building. Guests have to pay for 150 per person/per day to access the pool. ========================================================== ***Balcony We will not be providing the balcony key for safety purposes, especially if there are children staying with you. ========================================================== ***Laundry The washing machine is free for you to use specially for longterm bookings - but you'll have to buy your own detergent. ========================================================== Other things to note Parking space - there are paid parking in the building but you will have to let us know so we can give you the details. You will be the one to coordinate the parking space we will just provide you the contact information.
