It has been furnished using the highest quality fabrics and contemporary pieces. From the dark blue and marble kitchen to the oh-so-cool Soho Home velvet sofa. The location is the best you will find in Brighton. Located at the top of a historic grade one listed garden square with stunning sea views from the balcony. It is a short walk from the beach and Brighton's best restaurants, shops and nightlife. The conference centre is also only a 5-minute walk away along the beach. If there's such a thing as the perfect Brighton apartment this might be it. Ideal for couples looking for romance or single occupants in search of solitude or a base to work away from home. The Living Room The Farrow and Ball painted living room is the perfect place to start the day Mid-century modern meets Scandi cool, everything from the design-led lamps to the independently-made artwork has been carefully considered. The Bedroom The plush, top-of-the-range hypnos mattress is pocket-sprung and filled with cashmere for comfort. The linen is the highest quality Egyptian cotton. You're going to sleep really, really well. The Bathroom Brushed brass taps with Italian sinks, designer DSW and Visual Comfort lighting and herringbone tiling make this one of the most glamourous rooms in the apartment. Egyptian cotton towels are provided. The Balcony The balcony which has been described as 'magical' will take your breath away. With cinematic views of the sea and sunset it is the perfect place for enjoying a morning coffee with a freshly baked croissant from the French Patisserie which is located a few doors down. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive access for whomever is making the booking. Other things to note The apartment has full high-speed broadband connectivity. The magnificent 200 year old lift that is used to access the apartment is normally very reliable. Nonetheless, it does break down very occasionally or needs to be closed for servicing, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility impairments that prevent them from using stairs. The balcony also may be difficult to access if you are elderly or have mobility issues. Discounts: Please note weekly discounts are applied automatically to the prices.
