Room 2 - 1 single bed (access trough bedroom 1) Connected to the house but with extra entrance there is a little studio with a French double bed (120 cm width) and private bathroom. This you can also use if you prefer to have 2 rooms with double beds (please ask for it in advance). The house has old thick walls so even on hot days it stays at a comfortable temperature if you keep sheds closed during the day. There is no AC. Ventilators are provided. Other things to note We would like to inform our guests prior to their booking with maximum transparency, so please if you miss some information don’t hesitate to contact us! We aim for a 5star experience! So we are happy to do everything in our hands to provide you a pleasant stay! Things to know: La Mirandolina is in a unique quiet position on the protected nature site “Lavedo”, with the woods starting directly behind the property. You will be away from the touristy path yet still at five minutes walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes from restaurants and ferryboat. The house has a spectacular view of the lake, you have a nice outside dining area with parasol and absolute privacy. There is a private parking area inside the property, just next to the house and a dedicated laundry room. Inside it is fully furnished (partly with antique English furniture), well equipped (lots of kitchen ware) and is the ideal place for people who appreciate the charming patina of the 60ies. Of course some modern details (like a new fridge and stove/oven and new pavement in the living room) have been added. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
