Large beautiful private backyard oasis. Late 1970s 2200 square foot home with many stunning updates. Located right in between the Fort Rucker-Enterprise gate and Boll Weevil Circle. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, a game room featuring a pool table, a large family room/living room space, a formal dining room, a cozy screened in porch with a dining table, a large inground saltwater pool with a diving board, a cabana and lots of extra outdoor seating for the large yard. More pictures to come. The space The master bedroom is a beautifully updated space with brand new lighting. It features gold toned chandelier style lighting for the main light, the office nook and the large walk in closet. The new and elegant double vanity sink is beautifully accented gold fixtures. A lighted makeup mirror is provided for our guests. It has a beautiful king bed and coordinating pieces. The nightstand lamps are touch lamps with a charging plug on base of lamps. Each night stand has USB and plug charging ports. This room also has an extension cord to plug in electronics when using the office nook. There is a multiuse plug and USB port under the window in the bedroom. Lovely room darkening curtains are included with a stunning view of the backyard and pool. It's a lovely view to wake up to. A suitcase rack is provided. There are blow dryers in each bathroom. Both bathrooms feature brand new lighting and bathroom fans. Each bathroom is also stocked with a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. The second bathroom is newly updated with a farmhouse style vanity, backsplash/accent wall, light fixture and large mirror. The 2nd bedroom features a beautiful and farmhouse themed king bed and coordinating pieces. Room darkening curtains are provided for better rest and longer R&R. There is a multiplug outlet for your convenience. A suitcase rack is provided. The 3rd bedroom offers two twin beds with an additional weight limit of 200lbs each (not including mattress). This room is perfect for kids and adults that can safely use the beds. This room also offers room darkening curtains, a sound machine and a baby monitor (both pieces are located in this room for the monitor). UBS and plug extension cord included for your convenience. 2 suitcase racks are provided. The 4th bedroom features a queen day bed with a full/double bed trundle underneath. This room can sleep 4 people if needed. It is accented with beautiful lighting and a huge window with room darkening curtains. There is a suitcase rack provided. This room does not has a closet. However, this room was used as a bedroom before this house became an short term rental. The Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. It's perfect for an individual or family to tend to many kitchen needs. The kitchen also features an adorable coffee bar. The laundry room has a very new washer and dryer set. An ironing board and iron are also available. A highchair can also be found here for those that need one for children (please clean it well after each use). The family room is quite cozy. It offers a nice sized sectional, dog crate, TV, and vaulted ceilings. It directly connects to the screened in porch and dining room (that has seating for 6). A children's table and two coordinating are also available for additional dining seating (for smaller children only). The family room closet holds one additional fold out chair. The screened in porch has seating for 4. The game room features a 7 foot pool table and a few other fun activities. Guest access This home has just a few indoor steps where there was an addition put on years ago. There are also 4 steps to get into the home from the front door. Our son requires wheelchair accessibility. If you are looking for a wheelchair accessible home, This is not officially ADA. However, except for a mudroom and and the 4th bedroom, This home is flat throughout the house. From the driveway, There is a ramp that is usable for a wheelchair that has one step down that is approximately 4" high. We use that to get him into the pool. I hope this information helps a family or someone in need of a space that might be user friendly enough. The front and side doors offer a code lock for guests and remote access for the hosts. Please make sure to check all locks on doors and gates when you come and go during your stay and when you check out. Our kitchen is stocked with many cooking appliances and tools. We have pool towels, kitchen towels, And linens/bath towels for our guests. We have a handful of wine glasses. We have a bar kit and blender. We also provide an outdoor mini fridge and water dispenser on the screened in porch. Other things to note About the host: When I was young I worked at a FBO at an airport. Small planes like charter planes and private planes flu in all of the time. We provided accommodations like like snacks and coffee. We had a napping or sleeping room and Internet/office space as well. Since this is a huge military community I had to include my little niche into the name. My friend decorated the home adorably and left some decorations and some furniture with us. We wanted to keep her theme because we loved her so much and it was adorable. I quit working traditional full-time to help my husband with a business that he opened because he's also active duty army. We also own a car wash in town. Our short term rental is business number 2. We love this community and we want to serve in it as much as we can. It's been an unforgettable transition going from full-time employee to an entrepreneur. On Fort Rucker I handled (basically) every flight student that walked through the doors as a Student Management Officer . Many of the flight students still training here interacted me since they fell under my realm of responsibility upon their arrival at Fort Rucker. I know that they appreciated my efforts to assist them as, I always received kind and generous feedback. It made the position I held feel incredibly important, fulfilling and rewarding. Why this house? My dear friend is a single mom, Army pilot and a Major in the Army. She adopted her 2 little ones. She's an active duty soldier traveling the world with her 2 kids. Her lovely mother help when she can and often comes to visit. She and I worked together. She and I and our families became very close. We loved time together. We camped together quite a bit too. We loved visiting her pool and playing at her house and talking about all the different ways she could make that such an amazing space. She ended up having to move way too early. We felt driven to carry on all the different things we talked about with the house in efforts to them with flight students, their families and other people traveling to this area.
