"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special. The space The entire beach has just been beautifully renovated, no more broken concrete, just a clean, stunning shoreline that truly elevates the whole experience. Old Smokey has been relocated to a prime spot right on the water, now nestled in the heart of the marina. You’ll have direct views of the Rappahannock River right out your front door peaceful, open, and hard to beat. The tiki bar is officially open for the season, with live bands every Saturday night bringing a fun, lively atmosphere. That said, the camper is now set in a more private area, giving you the best of both worlds-close to the action, but tucked away when you want to unwind. And yes!!! this spot is super dog friendly. Plenty of space to explore, walk, and enjoy the water, making it a perfect getaway for you and your pup. Guest access Bathrooms are conveniently located just behind the fuel dock, right by the camper for quick access. For a more elevated experience, the bathhouse featuring showers, laundry, and a small gym is located just behind the tiki bar and is typically the preferred option for cleanliness and comfort. 🌊 Public beach and fishing pier 🍹 tiki bar is open everyday but Tuesday Other things to note Bath supplies including shampoo, soap and conditioner are not supplied.
