The space This property has undergone a full refurb in the communal area, boasts an open plan kitchen/dining/ living area with log burner, outdoor living area and outdoor hot tub over looking the flowing beck at the rear of the property. A perfect place to spend with extended family or a group of friends. Why not order a private chef for your special occasion to prepare a 3 course meal for your group. (Search online for his details and book early for availability) Guest access Full access to the property Other things to note Noise policy - The outdoor area can be used until 10:30pm only. All guests must come inside and close the doors before this time. There is a refundable noise/damage deposit of £500 - which is refunded after check out Please note - there are 2 flights of stairs going down to the hot tub area. Surrounding the hot tub is a hill which leads down to the beck. Dogs and children will need to be supervised. Disabled access - There are 2 steps leading up to the main entrance. The property has 2 ground floor bedrooms with bathrooms and the kitchen/living/dining areas are all on the ground floor.
