This spacious tiny home has all you need for your next stay in Brevard. Convenient and close to downtown but without the streetlights and noise, you will feel like you are camping in the woods. With a full bathroom, 1 queen bed on the main floor and 1 full bed in the loft you will have all the space you need to relax after your next adventure in the surrounding area. 10 minutes to Pisgah National Forest and 15 minutes to DuPont State Forest. Full access to the entire tiny home guest house. Keyless entry with lock code on the door. I live on the property in the main house. I am around and available most of the time for any questions or anything you may need while staying with us. I also have a 8 year old lab who wanders the property sometimes when she goes out. She does not leave the yard nor bother anyone but you may come in contact with the dog. She may also be out when pulling in so please use caution and come slowly around the driveway to the parking next to the house. Located just a mile and a half from downtown getting to and from all of the local shops, restaurants, breweries and music venues is easy and convenient with a short car or bike ride. Parking at the house is available with one parking spot. If you need more than one parking spot this can be arranged. Please let us know! When you pull into the driveway you will park parallel to the tiny home facing the rock patio and fire pit. Please park to the right as close to the tiny home as you can to leave space for our cars as well. Something to consider when booking. The loft space is small and the sleeping arrangement there is tight. It works well for one or two children or one smaller adult. It will be very tight up there for two adults. I also have a dog who is sometimes around the yard when I let her out. I try not to let her out unattended when guests are on the property, but there are times she slips out or may be in the yard when you are arriving throughout your stay. She doesn’t leave the yard and is incredibly friendly. You may come in contact with her but she is a very sweet 8 year old chocolate lab. Parking is behind the main house next to the tiny home. There is a parking space for one car to leave space for our 2 vehicles as well. If you need additional parking for more than one vehicle this can be arranged. Please park parallel to the tiny home facing to rock patio and fire pit. Please park as far to the right and a close to the tiny home to allow space for our cars as well.
