The home is walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee shops and shopping in Burton and only 10 mins to Round Top and Market Hill, 14 mins to Marburger Farms and 15 mins to Warrenton. The space The home has been carefully restored with gorgeous long leaf pine floors, original woodwork, and high ceilings. It has been thoughtfully decorated with midcentury furniture, original artwork and fine art photography we have collected over the years. The home includes a fully furnished kitchen, dining room that seats up to 8, a sunroom to relax or play the full 88 key keyboard and a comfortable living room for lounging or watching TV. There is a large laundry/mudroom with full size washer/dryer and a bench hanging area for shoes, coats, and bags. There are plenty of books, fine art photography books and games. High speed wifi and a dedicated workspace for remote workers. The home is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 6 Downstairs - Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom - Bedroom with queen bed and half bath Upstairs - Bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom Outdoors enjoy a brand-new wood deck in the back for lounging with your favorite cocktail or coffee or break a sweat during your morning yoga/workout. The back yard is great for activities like corn-hole tossing, croquet or lounging under the live oak and pecan trees. Home also includes a brand-new covered front porch. This is our primary residence, please respect our belongings and live in it with care. We live in the country, so wasps, spiders and other critters are to be expected while on property. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday. There are two cans in the backyard next to the small shop. If you’re missing anything feel free to reach out to us and we will try to bring it to you during your stay.
