This 330 sqft studio packs a punch! Minimally designed yet feels cozy and inviting the moment you step in! Queen bed with plush mattress topper. Smart TV with Hulu & Apple AirPlay –mounted on a swivel to face the bed or couch. The space The studio is a separate, detached unit to the main house on the property, which is set right off of the driveway to the property. The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric range, stove, microwave and fridge. The living area features a three person couch, which can be used as a sleeping space for a third guest. The SmartTV features Apple Airplay and can swivel to watch TV from the couch or in the comfort of the bed. A queen sized bed features a memory foam mattress topper with storage underneath and along both sides of the bed. The bathroom features a beautiful rainfall shower equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest access Guests will have full access to the studio. The outdoor patio directly out the front door is available for guests to use. Guests of the studio do not have access to the gated portion of the yard surrounding the main house to the north. Please inquire within if you have any additional questions or concerns. Other things to note We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and goods for you to get started and settled for your stay. You will be responsible for purchasing any additional goods needed for your stay.
