The bright and comfortable bedrooms will give you a place to refresh and restore for each new day. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a double Bed. There is a bathroom upstairs for bedroom 2, 3 and 4 to share. Guest access You will have private access to the entire main and upper level, ample closet space, washer and dryer located on the main level, smart TV with Netflix and internet, backyard deck & private patio area, barbecue and hot-tub, the left side of the driveway (3 cars). Note: there is a security camera on the driveway and front porch. You will not have access to the basement , garage or the right side of the driveway. Owner's suite has their own private yard area that you will not have access to. The only shared space where you may encounter the owner's is the shared driveway. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect the space of the owner's suite private areas and park only on the left of the driveway.
