Cozy Koi Cottage

Centrally located in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains and easy drives to Asheville 90 minutes, Charlotte 75 minutes, Blowing Rock 40 minutes, 65 minutes to Grandfather Mountain State Park and 80 minutes to Sugar Mountain ski resort. There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by. The space The Cozy Koi is perfect for a family with 1-3 children. It is also an excellent space for 1-3 adults. For 4 adults there will be a small additional charge of $25 per night for the one additional adult. The Cozy Koi is completely furnished 1,100 sf in lower unit. Private driveway and two private keyless entries. Full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, dish washer, full size refrigerator and stove. Dining area and bar seating. One bedroom with Full size bed. Bonus room can be set up one of two ways; either two or three twin beds - A few board games as well as a couple outdoor games. Private deck with a gas grill. There is a koi pond on the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit by the koi pond - Children are welcome as well but must be accompanied by adults - Feeding of the koi upon request. Other things to note While I understand and appreciate the importance of service animals I will not be able to accommodate any animals, including service animals, as I have been diagnosed with chronic pulmonary emphysema and am taking daily medication for such - There are two driveways on the property and guests will have their own driveway - there are two security cameras on the property, one on each driveway to see vehicles approach the property - there are no cameras inside the apartment
