Located between Lamballe and St Brieuc (10 min), 1 km from the village, 10 min from the first beaches and 20 min from Pléneuf-Val-André Bed linen/towels provided (2 nights min) CLEANING NOT INCLUDED The space Living room with sitting area and fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine, bedroom with double bed (new bedding, firm mattress). Upstairs, triple bedroom (recent bedding, plush mattresses). Outside, garden furniture, parasol & BBQ The gîte la Carrelle is on the same land as the owners' dwelling. However, the entrance is independent and the outdoor space of the Carrelle is enclosed. To respect our guests' privacy, we don't come to see them, but we make it available if they want to meet. Guest access Please let us know a few days before your arrival, the time you expect to arrive at the gîte. PLEASE NOTE! From Monday to Friday, check-ins will be from 7 p.m. or 4 p.m. if the accommodation is not rented the day before. WARNING!
