At Los Osos Landing, snuggle under layers of warm, cozy blankets in your Queen beds, one per room, private bath a lovely view of our patio w/ seating, firepit and charming garden to enjoy tea, coffee or a glass of wine while breathing in the ocean air. Living close to the ocean means cool breezes and occasionally overcast. The sun can be bright and hot enough for shorts and tee shirts....or cool and ocean fog, evenings can be brisk, pack layers , a sweater and jacket, even in the summer. The space When you stay with us at Los Osos Landing, you will have that perfect blend of privacy with a warm welcome to our home. We live upstairs full-time and will be around for a cup of coffee or directions to the many hikes, beaches and other happenings that the Central California Coast is famous for. Your downstairs private two-bedrooms have its own entrance and is on the first floor. It includes a private bath and small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and light breakfast with coffee/tea. You may also access plenty of community spaces located in our backyard including outdoor seating, garden and (pack your swimsuit!) hot tub. Please note that the unit does not include a common seating area indoors, but there is a larger table and chairs outdoors on the patio. The Elfin Forest is a 5 minute walk away with amazing views of the Morro Bay and the Estuary - bring binoculars for bird watching!! Guest access You will have access to the entry through side gate, patio with hot tub, downstairs area, including the 2 bedrooms with key entry, a connecting hallway, full bathroom and backyard. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and eating utensils, available and a few snacks for breakfast with coffee/tea. During your stay We live upstairs and We will be available either in person or by text for help with directions or suggestions on where to eat, etc.
