Welcome to your family-friendly, self-contained ground floor retreat! You have your own separate front door for complete privacy. Enjoy exclusive access to a private back deck overlooking a tranquil pond. The only shared area is the beautiful, large pool, ideal for a swim or relaxing on the sunlounges. There is another small Airbnb guesthouse at the back with its own gate access. Close to shops, hospital, uni, and the main bus hub (Stocklands). Relax in a hammock in the enclosed front yard. The space The Sleeping Arrangements • Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed and a single bed (sleeps 3). • Bedroom 2: Your ideal retreat with a queen bed, a single bed, a work desk, and a Smart TV (sleeps 3). • Bedroom 3: Relax in a spacious queen bed (sleeps 2). • Spare Sleeping Option: A comfy, spare single mattress is available upon request (stored under the double bed). Please let us know in advance if you plan to use this so we can provide fresh linen. Outdoor Paradise Step outside to your huge back deck overlooking the pool and tranquil fish pond. This relaxing area features a hammock, a large outdoor dining table, and a BBQ. We also provide a convenient hot water outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. The fully enclosed front yard offers a private, high-fenced space—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee at the small table and chairs, or unwinding in the second hammock Guest access Your Private Oasis: The Entire Downstairs Home Welcome to your spacious, family-friendly retreat! You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire downstairs home, designed for maximum comfort and privacy. Key Features & Access: • Entire Downstairs Home: Completely yours for the duration of your stay. • Massive Private Deck: This huge deck is reserved exclusively for your use—perfect for family meals, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. • The Pool: The only shared amenity. You will be sharing the pool with guests staying in the separate guesthouse located at the far back of the property. • Privacy Assured: The upstairs tenants will not use any of the downstairs areas, the deck, or the pool during your booking. • Deck-to-Pool Screening: For added seclusion and shade, feel free to pull down the adjustable screening blinds between the deck and pool area. • Stay Cool: Enjoy air conditioning throughout the home and plenty of natural shade for those warm summer days. Other things to note 🏡 Property Maintenance and Cleaning • Pool Maintenance: A regular weekly pool service will visit the property to ensure the pool is sparkling clean for your use. • Cleaning for Longer Stays: For stays of 14 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included, occurring once every two weeks (fortnightly). This includes cleaning and fresh linen/towel changes. • To Schedule: Please let me know which days or times during your stay work best for you, and I will happily arrange the cleaner. 🗑️ Rubbish/Bin Collection • Bin Day: Our local bin collection is on Monday mornings (around 6:00 AM). • Request: Please place the bins on the curb on Sunday evening. • Assistance: If you are unable to put the bins out, please let me know, and I can arrange for assistance.
