NEW CARPET! Welcome to your Home away from home! This spacious bedroom is the master bedroom right at the top of the steps on the left. It's the largest and has room to store extra belongings, and I made a little room out of the closet, which is great for a child or extra person, or used as a closet/storage. My home is divided into upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs is an entire living area and the upstairs is a SEPARATED area with 3 bedrooms, full fridge, kitchenette, & comfy seating :) The space Spacious and extra window light! This is the only room that has private access to the bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with access. The guests in the two other rooms enter the bathroom from another door, so it is still shared, but you have a private door from inside your bedroom. (Please remember to unlock the common access door when you leave) There is a large common area with two leather couches, a dining table, coffee pot, mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven. This is the common area that is shared, but your room is large enough that you can live in it! You now have a couch in the room so you have your own relaxing space and TV in your room :) Guest access We have a very large deck with a grill and hot tub that everyone is welcome to enjoy! The steps off the back of the deck lead down the path to the lake. You are always welcome to the hot tub, but we would appreciate at least a two day advance notice that you want to have access to the hot tub just so we can make sure it is ready for your use. The hot tub is great anytime of the year, but from late October thru the end of March the weather may not be so accommodating for a "grilling on the deck" experience. We don't have a gym, but if you are a Planet Fitness member, the gym is literally 5 minutes from our house! See you there! :) Laundry is downstairs off the main kitchen, and there's an extra bathroom with shower right off the deck. During your stay I and my son are available to assist you and answer any questions. We are business owners and we may not be available at times even though we are home. The easiest way to get a quick response is usually via text. Other things to note Based on our availability and weather permitting, we are willing to take you or your group out on the boat for a day on the lake. There will be an extra charge of $50 per hour plus gas to help us cover our expenses. We love to take the kids battle tubing and go to the Legendary Cliffs! Sunset criuses are an epic way to create lasting memories.
