The Tree House Apartment is the ground floor of a beautiful wooden 2 storey house built in the early 90's. Uniquely supported by original timber powerpoles, the open plan, north facing apartment is located on a quiet circuit with views over the oval, the lake and beyond to Mt Kalkite. It's an easy walk to town, bars & restaurants and close to the ski resorts. Spacious living area, comfy warm beds, free wifi. There is even a cupboard under the stairs (for Harry Potter fans). The space A two bedroom, pet-friendly family apartment with a sprawling loungeroom and large, comfy couch. Outdoor hot tub plus huge timber deck with extensive views. After a day on the mountain skiing, snowboarding, hiking or bike riding, come and enjoy a soak in the spa or spend some family time together and choose a game or book from the shelf. BEDROOMS: The bedrooms offer a comfy queen sized bed and two single beds the second room. All beds are equipped with electric blankets for those chilly winter nights. We can offer a portable cot if required. KITCHEN AND DINING: The open plan kitchen and dining area provides all the facilities you require to cook-up that yummy meal. Large pantry, oven and cook top, plus a Lavazza coffee machine for those early mornings. BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY: The bathroom is equipped with shower and is integrated with a laundry (washing and drying machines) for your convenience. Snowy Mountains Soap Merchant shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied SPA: The outdoor spa is available for use between the hours of 8am to 8pm. It is accessed via stepping stones that lead down through the native garden to the lower deck. Bathrobes are provided for your convenience. NOISE: As this is a timber house, noise does travel. Please note we are a busy family of five living upstairs and you may hear us moving about. We also ask that you also respect our quiet time rules, this is a family property and not a party house. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment. We have a key safe for access - the details will be emailed after your booking as been confirmed.
