This three bedroom one bathroom newly renovated home is located in Oneonta, NY. Just 7 minutes from the All-Star Village and 20 minutes to the Cooperstown Dream Park. Fully furnished with all your family will need for a great stay! With Hartwick College, and SUNY Oneonta 10 minutes away, take advantage of downtown Oneonta and local restaurants, bars and nightlife. The space Fully furnished with a full kitchen Keurig, and outdoor grill, ready for family dinners! Open concept kitchen, dinning and living rooms make this a great spot for groups. The majority of the home was renovated in the summer of 2022 with brand new furnishings, floors and TVs. New UV water treatment system installed winter of 2024. Enjoy your stay with clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The balcony and two porches offer ample outdoor seating and the large back yard provides a great space to gather! *Please note that for the summer months, the house is only available for 6 day bookings that follow the Cooperstown Dreams Park and Cooperstown All-star Village tournament schedule. We do not allow for early check-in for stays during summer months that correspond with the Baseball Tournament Schedule. Guest access Main entry through the basement allows for ample parking, and easy access to the in-home washer and dryer. Access details including keypad entry codes will be provided the morning of your check-in. These are not provided ahead of time for security reasons. Other things to note We offer a propane grill located near the porch under the balcony on the main floor. We check the propane from time to time but you may have to grab an additional tank during your stay! We provide one set of bedding for all beds, a full set of towels, and blankets for your stay. All linens including comforters and quilts are washed & sanitized for each new stay. We also provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry & dish detergent as well as K-cups for the Keurig.
