Enjoy a peaceful cozy condo nestled above downtown Breck. Steps away from the bus stop that goes to Main Street or the gondola, with access to the vast Breckenridge trail system just across the street. Whether you are looking for powder in winter, hiking and bike riding in summer, or golden aspens in autumn, we have it all. Though it can sleep up to 4 people, it may be tight with 4 adults (2/2 adults/kids is better). We love pets and happy for guests to bring no more than one pet per stay. The space The cozy ground floor unit uses the space wisely with a fold-up dinner table with four fold-up chairs, pull out sofa, and pull-up coffee table to use the space for eating or sleeping. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric stove. The bedroom has a king bed, side tables, a dresser and tv. The closet can be used for storage or can be used as a temporary working space. Hallway closets have plenty of space for gear including four ski holders. All newly remodeled rooms with a mix of mountain and industrial themes throughout, including our tree wall on one side and live edge black willow kitchen shelves on the other. The patio and backyard are secluded as this is the only unit in the back on the ground floor. The yard can be used when the weather is nice with aspen trees surrounding seating area. We have seen foxes, moose, hummingbirds and many other wildlife just in our little backyard corridor. Laundry is shared with the other units in the building and is upstairs through pay machines. Other things to note Unfortunately due to HOA requirements, we cannot allow more than one pet per stay. Registration Details STR21-01556
