Newly finished Private basement w/ separate entry

Newly refinished private basement, centrally located. Only 15 minutes from Downtown Denver and 30 minutes to Boulder The space This newly refinished private basement is centrally located and has easy access to all major highways. Kitchenette includes coffee maker and microwave. In the dining room is a refrigerator and hot/cold water dispenser. 420 friendly outside only. Please do not smoke in the house. 2nd bedroom includes an office workspace. THINGS TO NOTE: 1.) I live upstairs with 2 small dogs so you may hear footsteps and occasional barking. 2.) There is not a separate thermostat in the basement but if you message me I will happily adjust the temperature for you. Additionally there’s a space heater in each room and the entertainment unit in the living room has a fireplace you can turn on as a 2nd and 3rd option Guest access Access to backyard, sunroom back patios. There is a charcoal grill in the backyard you are welcome to use also
