Located on the left bank of the Piave River, it is 2 km from Eraclea beach, 4 km from Jesolo beach, and 20 km from the Noventa highway exit and the Outlet. For those who want to unplug and recharge, for a couple looking for intimacy and tranquility or for a family that wants to immerse themselves in greenery, this is the perfect retreat. A short walk from the house begins the cycle-tourist route of the Grande Bonifica that runs along the Piave until it reaches the Adriatic Sea and the Laguna del Mort. You can take the bicycle for a trip to the Lagoon, organize a picnic under the centuries-old poplars of the embankment, take a dip in the sea or easily reach Jesolo. Outside in the garden there is a lush vegetable garden from which to collect tomatoes, aubergines, zucchini, peppers, cucumbers and strawberries as needed; there is an umbrella area with sun loungers and a table on which to have lunch. The property is a former 1920s farmhouse, renovated in the 1990s, and recently modernized in an attempt to include antique, rustic and modern styles. It is spread over three floors, each of 120 m2. On the first floor, there is the living room, the kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom of 25 m2 with a private bathroom. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms (one of 25 m2 with a walk-in closet and one of 20 m2) with a bathroom. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The house has wi-fi, a projector, a Dolby stereo, a bookcase, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a BBQ, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. There is no air conditioning but there is a dehumidifier.
