The sun exposure is very nice and the apartment is bright until sunset. I've invested into a pretty good Dyson in case it gets hot. The bathroom has a small washing machine and a hair dryer. Other things to note I come from Paris and this neighborhood is full of charm and surprises. This apartment is my home the rest of the year and I make a lot of efforts to make it as cosy and comfortable as possible.
