The M4 is a stones throw from the apartment and makes it the perfect central location if you want to head in to Cardiff or Swansea. The apartment has all you need for your stay in a home away from home. There are plenty of amenities nearby for all your essentials. The space The space consists of - open plan kitchen/ dining / living room - double bedroom with a king sized bed - twin bedroom with 2 x single beds - bathroom with dual shower head. - shared back garden access. The apartment is light and spacious with large windows that allows plenty of beautiful, natural light. We offer free wifi and the apartment has a large screen tv in the living room with BT Box access. There is an option of having an additional guest on the sofa bed - but please note that we charge a linen fee for this service (contact us before booking if you require this). Children are welcome, however we only offer a travel cot, with no bedding: WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHILD FACILITIES ON SITE: NO STAIRGATES, HIGH CHAIRS ETC. There is also a large step into the apartment you need to be aware of should you have limited mobility. Guest access There is a shared hallway leading up to the apartment, this is a communal area. Please lock the front door when entering and exiting the building. There is access via the rear entrance to a walled garden, you are welcome to use this space but please note that it is a shared space. There is no private parking for this property; however there are FREE communal car parks. One is located to the rear of the building, and one on the main road. You are welcome to use either of these (details will be sent when booking). Other things to note *Well behaved, house broken, quiet dogs & cats only. *Dogs are not to be left in the apartment unattended for long periods of time. *Please clean up after your pets. * NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES.
