Welcome to our home located in the heart of Historic Medina Ohio! It is a charming 3 bedroom 1 bathroom colonial with beautiful updates and also maintaining much of the home's original character. Located 35 miles south of Cleveland, 24 miles west of Akron and 111 miles north of Columbus. Medina offers a variety of Dining and Attractions within the city and surrounding areas for you to enjoy! Walk to the square and enjoy a variety of events planned throughout the year. Our home is a single family century colonial that has had some very nice appearance updates. The newly remodeled kitchen is the home's highlight and it is fully equipped for use. There is lots of character in the original hardwood floors, as well as other wood and trim work throughout the home. Living spaces and bedrooms are furnished with comfort in mind. TV in all 3 bedrooms. Large covered front patio for sitting outside. Plenty of parking in private driveway. Enter and exit front door using the smart lock. Please note the bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. We are in the business of hospitality and customer service. Our top priority is the comfort of our guests and that being said we want them to feel at home during their stay. There is access to all common areas on both main floors as well as the front yard and porch and backyard. No access to garage, attic, or basement. We use these spaces for storage to be able to provide efficient and thorough cleaning and restocking for each incoming guest(s). We offer self check in and check out with a smart lock and we will always give our guests all the space they need. However should you need us for anything during your stay, we live close by and will try to address whatever the question or concern may be as quickly as possible. Quiet street in the heart of Medina just a couple of blocks from Historic Medina Square Guests can walk to Historic Medina Square to enjoy shopping, dining, and events. Many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are just a short drive away. Please watch your step walking up on to the front porch to the front door. We have a step that is a bit too tall and we are working on a permanent solution. Also the house has the original windows and they are not easy to operate (upgrades coming). It is better to leave them closed. The hvac equipment in the home is all newer and works great. There is a door in bedroom 1 that overlooks the back yard. That door does not open. We ask guests to not access the attic.
