Nestled on a private road in one of the most mature forests in Ashtabula County with a deck and screened in porch right on the Grand River in the Covered Bridge county, this updated Ranch Cottage w/ Loft will spoil you with High Speed Fiber Internet for remote working where Eagles fly! A great alternative to busy Geneva-On-The-Lake, this location offers more than 20 area wineries, two distilleries and Geneva on the Lake within a 15 minute drive and less than 10 minutes to Spire Academy! The space There are 5 high end mattresses in the home, three queen mattresses, one full and one twin (the loft has a queen and a twin). The home is incredibly well-stocked with a gourmet coffee bar (a Keurig, French press and drip coffee maker), microwave, convection oven, crock pot and washer/dryer With sauces, spices and oils, it's common for ourselves or guests to bring something of value and leave it for future guests to use, we only ask that it's used there and not taken when you leave. There is high speed fiber internet and a smart TV for streaming and YouTube TV is included. Outside, there is a fire pit with wood provided at no extra cost Guest access Guests have access to the whole home though it should be noted this home is not child safe for children under 10 (deck outside overlooks a steep decline to the Grand River and inside, the stairs are steep) Other things to note We have a strict enforcement on the no pets and no smoking policies and so if you bring a pet or smoke inside the home, expect to pay the additional $300 fee. We also allow extra guests and enforce the additional guests charge and like to know in advance so we can make sure they have bedding. Extra guests are $25/per person per day. So if you rent for two nights, that would be an extra $100.
