Wonderful and quiet 2 bedrooms and a bath private guest wing in a brand new home with access to kitchen, living room, office space & patio. The home is located close to all the action in Foley AL. Couple of minutes from OWA Complex, Tanger Mall and Dinning (such as Lambert's and more). Only 6 miles to beautiful, white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. Few minutes from Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and The Warf. Short drive to gorgeous Fairhope square, Spanish Fort and Daphne. The large gray Abstract bedroom is furnished with queen bed, very soft sheets and bedding, good size closet, plus 50" Roku TV. The Dream Catcher bedroom is furnished with full size bed, soft sheets and bedding, good size closet, plus 43" Roku TV. Both room are pretty specious. The bathroom is private and only my guests use it. It has built in shower and tub, basket in the shower to place your toiletries, and quartz vanity with large mirror. There is also great closet for extra storage if needed. All the bath towels are white and towels designated to wash off make up are very soft and in black or peach color. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, body lotion and soaps are provided. (In case of emergency certain things such as deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes could be available, ask the host for availability and brands) Below spaces are shared with the homeowner from time to time. The living room features 65" TV and Office Area furnished with desk, comfortable chair and printer. The kitchen has all the amenities including gas stove, quartz countertops, great cooking pots, pens, dishes, glassware and silverware. You'll also find in the kitchen complimentary coffee and tea station furnished with Splenda, sugar and coffee creamer, Keurig coffee maker and ceramic electric tea pot. There are 4 counter stools at the island and a large glass table with 4 chairs at the dinning table. The patio is furnished with large glass top table and 6 large, comfortable chairs. 2 lounge chairs for sun bathing and small side tables are also available. Guest have access to any room in the house excluding east wing where the owner stays (the master suite). I love socializing with my guests and getting to know them better. I also realize that my guests are busy with their vacation activities, so socializing with me is not required, but you're always welcome to have a glass of wine with me anytime. I love this neighborhood and the Foley area which is convenient to everything you need to enjoy your vacation and away enough from all the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, even though there is still some construction going on. It is located a mile from all the shopping including Tanger Mall, restaurants and banks in Foley. Minutes to OWA indoor and outdoor waterpark with cute village to walk around filled with restaurants and shopping. Minutes to the Foley town square, Bon Secour, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, 6 miles to the Gulf Shores Beach, 10-15 min to the The Warf entertainment, restaurant and shopping complex, 20 min to Orange Beach, 35 min to beautiful town of Fairhope. 19 miles to FloraBama and 24 miles to Perdido Key Beach. 40 min to Daphne and Spanish Fort and close to an hour to Mobile.
