Perfect for families, couples, & small groups seeking a relaxing getaway near Orlando, Daytona Beach, & beautiful state parks. 2 miles to Publix & CVS, 42 mins to Universal, 56 to Disney & 30 mins to the Daytona Race track. Laundry access is provided. Garage access is not available The space The home is a boho style with a touch of modern. Feels homey and comfortable with the open floor plan throughout the living & dining area . It's the heart of the home. Enjoy our scenic views of our local cranes and ducks as they wonder around the lake. Take a seat on one of our rockers while you sip your morning coffee and relax with the lake views. Take a moment to watch the sunrises and sunsets that sometimes we all take for granted in the city. Come relax at mi casa lakehome.**NOTE** Minimum age of 25 to book. Guest access Backyard and all the lake views you can take in. Also you will be able to use the Disney + and Peacock account for streaming on the tvs while staying in the home. Apple desktop also available for your online needs. **Garage is closed off so not available for storage or parking car.**Minimum age of 25 to book Other things to note We do not allow vaping, smoking, drug use or parties at the home. If this occurs, a $400 fee will be assessed. **MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO BOOK** Unfortunately we are no longer taking pets. The back patio does have artificial turf, therefore please use caution with flames to avoid damages.
