This home can accommodate eight guests and features a fenced yard for your furry friends. We welcome dogs (pet fee required) but they are not allowed on furniture or in beds to ensure a clean environment for all. For those who love to cook or simply enjoy a good meal, the fully-equipped kitchen has all the basics and then some. With full-sized appliances and a generous pantry, you can cook your family favorites and go-to meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the large laundry room is fitted with all essentials, making chores a breeze during your stay. Whether you're preparing a family feast, curling up with a good book, or exploring the charming town of Lindale, this home offers the perfect blend of modern design and homely warmth. Book your stay and experience Texas living at its finest. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. The carport storage room, outdoor storage building, and one closet will be locked. These will house supplies and maintenance items. Other things to note This house is family friendly but it is not baby proofed. If you need things like baby gates or outlet covers, please note that those are not provided at the house. Feel free to bring the things you need to make sure your little ones have the protection they need. We allow dogs - two max - and have a pet fee required. The back yard is fully fenced and inspected for holes from time to time. However, if your dog is a digger or escape artist, please do a check of your own to ensure that the fence is enough to keep your dog inside. If you need to leave your dog in the house while you are gone, please kennel your pup. We can bring a kennel over if you need one during your stay. Please reach out before you come to let us know and we will leave it at the house. Please do not allow pets on furniture or in beds. We’ve had to throw away bedding in the past because of the level of dog hair and difficultly removing it. We will ask for the replacement cost of the bedding for anyone who does not abide by this house rule.
