Very comfortable private room with high thread count sheets, comfy seally mattress and cozy down comforter. Currently no one is in the adjoining Jack and Jill bedroom so you most likely have a private bathroom ✅ All other tenants are professionals working 9-5, friendly and very helpful, quiet and courteous. I’ve hosted may medical professionals and UC workers over the past 10 years. The space A beautiful 35,000 sq foot home with a 20,000 gallon pool and hot tub. All professional tenants that work long hours and contribute to a happy home. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Brand new washer and dryer and brand new Samsung fridge and a wonderful walkable neighborhood During your stay I do not live at the property but live one block away also hosting Airbnb guests in my home.
