This bright and cozy studio is your perfect sanctuary in Cebu. We can't wait to host you! :) The space This bright and cozy studio-type condo is located at the 8th floor of Midori Residences with a QUEEN-sized bed. Cleanliness is our top priority. You can read thru our reviews, and our guests can't help but commend us for how clean our studio unit is. Many of our guests like to have a dip at the pool in the morning before they head out exploring the city. They prepare their own breakfast since the condo is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen. They come home after a long day of sightseeing to an airconditioned room furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed which fits up to two adults. You can also expect hot and cold shower in your own private bathroom. Guest access AMENITIES Unlike most budget hotels, here, you will have free access to a zen-inspired brand new swimming pool. There is a nice gym as well with treadmills and other gym equipment which you can use at no extra charge. PARKING There is no parking available for guests. WIFI We provide complimentary use of wifi which you can use to make your trip in Cebu hassle free! HOUSEKEEPING Our cleaning fee is PHP800. This includes change of towels and bedlinens already. SECURITY Please email us a copy of your passport (for foreigners) or any government issued ID (for Philippine residents) so we can submit it to building security for speedy check-in. The condo has a 24/7 guard on duty at the lobby. CCTV cameras are installed around the building and compound for added security. Other things to note 1. The pool is closed every Monday for weekly maintenance. 2. All guests are required to submit the following before check-in. a. Passports for foreign guests or Philippine government issued ID for locals (for all guests) b. Cellphone number The documents and information will be used to fill out the "Authorization to Access Form" as required by Midori condominium.
