This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests. The space There is ample parking in the yard. The guest house sits on half of a one acre lot away from the main house, so guests have privacy while outdoors. Guest access Guests may use the swing set, picnic table, fire pit, and the grill that are adjacent to the main home. Other things to note The guest house has its own driveway and plenty of parking. Pool parties are allowed, but there is an additional $25 cleaning fee for parties between 8-15 and a $45 cleening fee for parties between 16-22. No extra charge for 8 people or less.
