Conveniently located 2 blocks from PC Mountain & a short walk to Main St, you're smack in the middle of everything Park City has to offer. - Walk Score is 71 ("Very Walkable") - 5 min walk to PC Mtn base - Bus to Deer Val & Canyons is in front of the bldg - Game room & XL hot tub - Super fast wifi (>200 mbps) - Large patio w/ view - Private garage & 1 add'l parking space - Stocked with coffee, tea & essentials The space Guests access the building from our private 1-car garage. The garage is large enough for (roughly) a Ford Explorer. Any larger SUVs or trucks will likely need to park in the overflow spaces, just across the street from the building. From the garage, it’s one flight of interior stairs to the unit (note, there is no elevator in the building). Entering the unit, there's a long hallway starting with the foyer, laundry closet, two-twin bedroom (right) and a king bedroom (left). Further down the hall, the first bathroom (w/ shower) precedes the open kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen was recently updated and comes stocked with cooking essentials. The living room is complete with a new 50" smart TV, comfy sofas, fireplace and lodge-like decor. The patio is large with a view of the mountain's peak, accessible through both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom includes a king bed and remodeled bathroom with an XL, double-headed shower. Downstairs on the main floor, guests are welcome to enjoy the community game room with both foosball and ping pong tables along with comfortable seating. Additionally there's a hot tub, large enough for the whole group, complete w/ small locker rooms for changing. Guest access Guests can access the entire condo, private 1-car garage, private patio and the community game room and hot tub. Other things to note In the spirit of transparency, I think it's important to point out a few "cons" from our own time spent at the unit: (1) It's worth mentioning that the unit isn’t entirely updated and there is some minor - but noticeable - wear & tear (e.g. the carpeting in the living room, which is being replaced in Spring '23) (2) There is no bath tub in the unit and the building does not have an elevator. (3) Without use of a special detergent (which we stock!), dishes are sometimes left with hard water spots. This can be the case if prior guests do not use the detergent. With all of that said, everything that is supposed to work definitely does and we make sure the place is cleaned thoroughly for every guest!
