Here you can expect unforgettable moments in a cozy atmosphere. Be enchanted by our romantic fireplace in the center of the loft, which provides cozy warmth. Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of our stunning lighting concept, which immerses the apartment in a soft and inviting ambiance. The loft offers a spacious living room with open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a private bathroom. In the bedroom, a cozy double bed for two people awaits, while another person can be accommodated on the sofa in the living room. If necessary, we will gladly provide a crib for an extra charge. With a total of 60 square meters, you have enough space for a relaxing stay. The loft is fully equipped with bed linens, kitchen utensils and towels. In addition, there is a small green area and a balcony on the east side of the apartment, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the surrounding nature. For your arrival we offer free parking for one car directly on the premises. Please note that the driveway is narrow. There is another apartment on the premises, which is rented separately. For those who want to work during their stay, we offer an ideal environment. With contractually guaranteed 100 Mbit, fast Wi-Fi is available. A workstation with a cozy wooden chair awaits you in the living room. In addition, you can use the dining table in the kitchen as an additional workplace. If necessary, we will gladly set up a desk in the bedroom so that you can use two separate work areas. Our loft is located in the sleepy village of Haag, just 2.5 km from the center of Oy. There you will find various shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Here in Haag you can still hear the mooing of the cows and be inspired by the idyllic surroundings. The loft is located in a cul-de-sac right at the entrance of a hiking trail into the Rottach Valley, which invites you to take wonderful walks. In addition, our loft is approx. 30 minutes' drive from the impressive Neuschwanstein Castle, one of the most famous tourist attractions in the region. Immerse yourself in the magic of our surroundings! Guest access The key is stored in a key box. Other things to note The beds (hardness H1) are made on arrival and bed linen is included. You will also receive towels, dish towels and large bath towels. Tourist tax in Oy-Mittelberg is €1.40/night/guest (children €0.80) and is charged separately before arrival. Heating is provided by the fireplace, in addition, a night storage heater provides basic heat. If you like it cozy and warm, you can heat the fireplace. Wood is provided. In winter, there is very often snow in Haag. The entrance to the accommodation is cleared at least on the day of arrival and departure. If a lot of snow falls, a snow blower and snow shovel are available. The exterior staircase is relatively narrow and steep. If you are restricted in your mobility, please contact us before booking and give us an indication of your restriction. No dogs are allowed. Exceptions are possible by special request.
