The space Layout of cottage: 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom queen, 2nd bedroom queen, 3rd bedroom bunk beds, each is a double-sized mattress) Den has pull-out double sofa bed 2 x full bath (full bathroom with shower on main floor, full bathroom with tub and shower on the second floor). The bathrooms are very clean and functional but not renovated. Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle. No dishwasher. Open concept living room & dining room Note: living room, dining room, bathroom and one bedroom located on the second floor. Den, bedroom 2+3, bathroom with shower and mudroom located on the main floor. This cottage has a dog that visits in the off season. Amenities: Central heating & air conditioning. Cottage is winterized and has full HVAC Laundry (Full size washer and dryer) Two gas fireplaces (living room and den) Outdoor fire pit with Muskoka chairs - large pieces of firewood (you will need to chop it).
