Elegant open space in the historic center of Riomaggiore, at the foot of the 13th century Castle, equipped with three private terraces overlooking the "Via dell 'Amore" and the sunsets of the 5 Terre. Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a bottle of wine and snacks to enjoy with sea view: a small gift designed to start your relaxing stay. When you stay in our apartment, you will receive a QrCode that will give you facilities for access to the Via dell 'Amore The space The apartment is located a few steps from the train station, the sea, the entrances of trails, restaurants and bars. The entire property was renovated in February 2024 and is equipped with: Loft with a spacious double bed and, in the usual room, a comfortable sofa (which becomes a bed if necessary) with a direct view of the sea. An elegant kitchen, equipped with everything you need, two induction fires, kettle, coffee machine, tea bags, pots and pots, plates, glasses and dishes. A private bathroom with soft towels, soap, and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi and also offers the possibility to rent a private parking space 300 meters from the apartment. Other things to note On the perimeter of the apartment there are 2 cameras to protect the property (they only frame the outdoor area) that will be deactivated during the entire stay of the guests, unless explicitly requested by you.
