Our house welcomes you for a quiet, relaxing, rejuvenating and/or sporty stay (ideal for hiking, biking or mountain biking). You will enjoy on 1000 m² of enclosed land not overlooked, the large terrace overlooking the pool, the garden, the petanque court. We hope you'll take care of it as we take care of it. Comfortable 125 m² villa on fully enclosed land with electric gate and unobstructed. Salt pool (8 x 4.5) with natural chlorine secured by a standard Beethoven net and/or dome. Automated system. Adult responsibility monitoring. Sliding dome to heat and keep the water at the right temperature for a swim early and late in the year (Easter and All Saints). Petanque court (boules not provided). Barbecue. Vegetable garden for you to enjoy. Outdoor solar shower. Alarm. 2 covered terraces (East and South) with table and chairs each. 4 bedrooms - Bedroom 1: one double bed 160x200 (new bedding) - bedroom 2 (child): a single bunk bed 90x190 - bedroom 3 (child or adult): two possible configurations: a 90x200 single bed or two bunk beds (see photos) and an office. - bedroom 4 on the mezzanine: an 80x190 single bed and a 140 x 200 double bed and a desk. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are to be taken by the tenants. Ideal for 6-7 people. Possibility to adapt the children's rooms to the request (ex: put a box spring with a mattress for 1 place on the floor) .
