The upstairs living room has a sectional couch and 2 lounge chairs with a coffee table. The downstairs living room has a large sectional and a 70” smart TV w/DVD player and board games available. A wooden, swinging, bench in the back is perfect for watching the sunset. A playset is available in the backyard for children. All children must be supervised by an adult when on the playset. There are numerous mature trees, including an aspen tree grove in the backyard. There are also 2 tennis courts just next door. Parking There is parking for up to 3 vehicles available in the driveway. Please don't park in front of the house on the street Oct-Apr to allow for snow plowing. Safety For your awareness, there is a camera at all exterior entrances.
