Our Casa Feliz includes 2 bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms), living area, dining area, full kitchen, and patio with seating, gas grill and gas heater for cooler nights. WiFI provided. HDTV is WiFi, with many free channels. You can also sign into your own TV subscriptions. NEWLY UPGRADED to Directv Streaming, which provides cable-like channels. ENJOY MORE TV VIEWING DURING THESE HOT SUMMER MONTHS! Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, closet, chest of drawers, and HDTV. This bedroom has beautiful mountain and sunrise views and access to the patio! Also ceiling fan with light, and bed-side lighting and tables. You can enjoy beautiful mountain and sunrise views from large bedroom windows (room darkening and insulating curtains, and vinyl sunscreen film on windows) and also have access to the patio! Ensuite bathroom has double sink, tub is a Jacuzzi with shower. Bedroom 2 has a private front entrance as well as interior door, Queen Murphy bed that has been reviewed as comfortable, closet, chest and HDTV, as well as a kitchenette including coffee maker for private mornings. Outside the front entrance is a 2 top table and chairs overlooking the 18th tee of San Ignacio golf course! Ensuite bath is a step in shower, with low step and a small seat and beautiful decor! Ceiling fan with lights, bedside/side table with lighting complete the bedroom. Living room has three seat sofa with pull out full bed, love seat, and individual chair, as well as coffee table and side tables with extra lighting. HDTV, books, puzzles and card games are provided. Dining area has 6 seating, full sized table and chairs, and 2 seats under the island between kitchen and dining. High chair to attach to dining chair is available. Well appointed kitchen includes gas stove/oven with griddle, refrigerator with icemaker, and large sink with disposal. Toaster and coffee maker also. Cooking pots/pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, cups, glasses, and so forth are provided. There is a selection of dry goods also. Patio overlooks mountains to the east, and golf course to the southwest. It is walled in, so safe for pets, and a small area of artificial turf for safe pet area. Of course, please pick up after your pet, and do not leave pets out un-supervised. Security includes safety locks on all exterior doors, installed high enough to deter young children. Guest access Guests of Casa Feliz enjoy the entire unit to themselves. We use self check-in with an individually programed key pad for entry. Other options for rent include a one bedroom version of the condo. See my profile. While Casa Feliz is not specifically handicapped accessible, we are on just one level, and there is only the curb step up from the parking space, and a similar step up at front and back door. The secondary bath has a step in shower with a small stepover, and a small corner seat. Other things to note Reserved parking space immediately outside the front door, under shelter. All flooring is decorated concrete/cement with area rugs. This is a 55+ community. IMPORTANT NOTE!!!! The 16 centers of Green Valley Recreation Center are available if you would like to purchase a guest pass from GV Rec. Just ask me how. The closest center, Canoa Hills, is only 0.1 miles away! PET FEE of $50 is per stay, per pet. Desert Hills is a 55+ community. Pets are free to use the back yard/patio, or walk around the neighborhood on leash. Either way, please remember to clean up after your pet. Doggie bags are provided. Please do not leave your pets unattended on the patio, and pay attention when walking. Many of our desert animals and plants are not pet friendly. Outside gas grill, and the heater come with gas bottles filled. If you run out, please be kind and refill. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use the outside garbage can, you must lock it using the attached cables. The javalinas will get into the garbage, and drag it around, within hours of it not secured. If the garbage can is not secured, and extra clean up is required, I will have to bill you.
