Slope-side posh little condo at Sugarbush!

Walk to the chairlift from this sleek little condo in the historic Sugarbush village, just 500 yards from the base of Lincoln Peak. This newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated condo is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, canoeing, or rock jumping. This location is amazing! There is one restaurant IN THE BUILDING, the chair lifts and the Recreation Center with pools, tennis, & fitness gym are a short 500 yard walk away. The space Our condo is in the historic Sugarbush Village - the original base lodge area at Sugarbush. Our building used to be the only hotel on the property. We fully renovated our unit in 2021 to be modern, functional, and beautiful. The space is well appointed with everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. - There is a full kitchen with small refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooktop & oven, full sink, basic spices, pots & pans, and full place settings. - The living room is open to the kitchen via a pass-through with stools. There is a huge picture window that looks out over the shared patio space (no direct view of the ski trails). There is a fold out futon couch (not super comfortable for an adult, but would work fine for a child), full length window bench seat, and smart Roku flatscreen TV. - The bedroom is a cozy space with a memory foam queen size mattress. There is a spacious closet and small bedside tables. There is another smart Roku flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. We supply white noise machine to offset boiler room noise. - The bathroom is proportionately large for this condo. It is only accessible through the bedroom. There is a nice walk-in shower with oversized rain shower head and separate sprayer. The sink vanity provides plenty of space to primp and store your bathroom essentials. - Shared spaces include a coin-op laundry room (inside the building - accessible with front door key) and a small entrance area/foyer big enough to put your ski boots on. - A note about NOISE: The building houses a mix of year-round residents and 2nd homeowners who mostly visit during ski season. I believe there are only two other vacation rentals in the building. It can be quite sleepy during the "off season" (May - September), but can also be filled with life and the (welcome?) sound of ski boots clunking through the hallways. Our unit is located next to the boiler room, which can be loud at times. There is an intermittent electronic noise of the sprinkler system pressurizing that could bother some folks. There is also a bar/restaurant upstairs from the unit, which sometimes hosts later night events. Sound definitely travels in this older building... so please be mindful of others. I DO NOT recommend this rental for someone who is sound sensitive or a light sleeper... or on the other hand... someone who wants to be pretty loud. - You can't beat the neighborhood!!! Location, location, location!!! We are located 500 yards from the base of Lincoln peak. You can easily carry your gear over and hop onto the lift... no parking necessary!! The fastest walk to the chairlift is taking a RIGHT (towards mountain) out of the main entrance, walking up the stairs, and through the covered bridge. You can also ski back very close to the condo using "Village run" or "Out to lunch" trails (these lower mountain trails are very snow-dependent and are not open all season long). - Dining/food: There are two restaurants IN THE BUILDING, which are open during the ski season (November - March) - They are Mutha Stuffas (authentic NYC deli run by the infamous "Dino" and his family), and The Reks (a really great little bar/restaurant serving American bistro food alongside vintage arcade games and local beers on tap). All of the base lodge restaurants and other amenities are a short 500 yard walk from the condo. Paradise Provisions on the Sugarbush Access Road is your best bet for groceries - and is less than a mile away. - Pool/Hot tub/Gym: The Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center (SHARC) is an amazing resource, also a very short (500 yard) walk or drive away from our condo. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, climbing wall, gym, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, and group fitness classes. They offer a massage menu as well. There is a day use fee that is discounted if you have an Ikon pass. - Garbage, recycling, and compost are located out the main entrance to the left (away from mountain) on the side of the building. - EV chargers are available in the Sugarbush Resort parking lot just a couple of hundred yards away and charge fees. Guest access You have full private access to the condo space. The laundry room is shared with other residents of the building. The Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHARC) with pool, hot tub, etc. are located a short 500 yards away and require a day-use fee. Our reviews are a testimony to how much people enjoy our condo, and if someone is not fully satisfied, it is usually because they have not read the description thoroughly. SOUND/NOISE in particular can be an issue for some folks. This is an older building with poor sound insulation. Our unit is located next to the boiler room with intermittent electronic noises. This unit is NOT RECOMMENDED for light sleepers or folks who are sound sensitive.
