This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. (Additional guest fees apply for over 4 guests due to additional laundry) Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator & large dining table. Covered parking and addt'l parking available. Large covered patio with outside seating. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants & bar. Longer stay discounts available! Nocona is the classic car capitol of Texas & we have a brewery! The space Great location right on Hwy. 82, within walking distance of the Finer Foods grocery, Fenoglio barbecue, the VFW or American Legion. A slightly longer walk takes you to downtown, with Red River pizzeria, the coffee shop and other downtown goodies! Guest access Guests have access to the entire living quarters, covered patio and left hand side carport. The shops are for our private use. The doors leading to the shop areas are locked, but at this time the shop attached to the living quarters is vacant. Other things to note There is a Smart TV but no wifi, so you will have to stream from your phone/use phone as hotspot. Please don't feel like you need to strip beds or take out trash. We will do that when we come to clean. We would appreciate it if you do the dishes. For longer stays we will arrange to pick up trash and bring clean linens.
